What this website collects
Nothing. This website runs no JavaScript, sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or advertising trackers, loads no third-party fonts or scripts, and contains no forms. We do not track you across sites, we do not profile you, and we have no personal data of yours to sell, share or transfer.
Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent and the page requested) for the limited purpose of delivering the page and protecting the site from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify you.
If you write to us
If you email hello@regyantra.com, we process your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us, for one purpose: to reply, and where relevant to discuss whether regYantra suits your institution. That processing rests on your consent, given when you write to us. We keep the correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose, and we do not add you to any marketing list without asking.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
If you are a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it; ask us to correct, complete or update it; ask us to erase it; nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated; and withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
To exercise any of these, email hello@regyantra.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, write to our grievance contact at hello@regyantra.com and we will address it. If you remain unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We apply reasonable security safeguards to the personal data we hold, as required by the DPDP Act and by the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
The regYantra platform
This policy covers this website only. The regYantra platform is licensed to institutions under a separate written agreement, which governs how customer data is processed, where it is stored, how long it is kept and what happens on termination. If you are evaluating regYantra, ask us for that agreement and our data-processing terms.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
